His teaching experience includes his role as a part-time faculty member at Loma Linda University’s Center for Implant Dentistry, where he continues to help shape the next generation of implant specialists. A Passion for Dentistry and Athletics

When Dr. Adams is not practicing or teaching, he channels his energy into athletic pursuits. An avid runner, triathlete, and endurance athlete, he has completed numerous marathons, including the Boston Marathon, multiple half Ironman events, and ultra-marathons. His commitment to pushing boundaries in his career and personal life reflects his dedication to excellence in all areas.

Education and Training

Dr. Adams began his academic journey by earning a degree in Microbiology from Arizona State University. In 2008, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and spent over a decade practicing general dentistry. However, his true passion has always been implant dentistry, which led him to pursue extensive additional training.

Dr. Adams has continuously sought to expand his knowledge and skill set throughout his career. He trained with renowned experts such as Dr. Arun Garg and at the Spear Institute, eventually completing a Master of Implantology through UNLV and the California Implant Institute. His thirst for knowledge culminated in attending a prestigious 3-year implant residency program at Loma Linda University, where he studied with world-renowned implantologists, including Dr. Joe Mehranfar, Dr. Jamie Lozada, Dr. Joseph Kan, and Dr. Charles Goodacre. At Loma Linda, Dr. Adams was honored to serve as Chief Surgical Resident from 2020 to 2021.

A Family-Oriented Practitioner

Outside of his professional achievements, Dr. Adams is devoted to his family. He has been married for 24 years and is the proud father of four children. His passion for dentistry and family and his dedication to physical fitness make Dr. Adams a well-rounded and highly respected figure in his professional and personal life.
